Lake Macquarie NSW

Lake Macquarie comprises all the suburbs surrounding Lake Macquarie which is just above the Central Coast region of NSW. This council area is appealing because of the beautiful lakeside lifestyle and affordable housing that is still close enough to Sydney for workers to commute.

Just an hour from Morisset to Hornsby on a major freeway into Sydney (that is currently being widened) Morisset is towards the Southern end of Lake Macquarie and lots of new developments are underway in suburbs like Cooranbong and Wyee as well as close to the township.

The major shopping retailers have new supermarkets and there is a train station for those who prefer to commute via rail.
