Rental Tenancy Application Form

This form is designed to collect information about you to be used for assessing your suitability as a rental tenant and for our property owners to review and assess you as a potential tenant.

Please consider that most landlords care about these three things the most:

1. That rent is paid (they often have a loan that needs to be repaid)
2. The property is looked after (so they don’t need to pay for unnecessary repairs)
3. That you get along peacefully with other tenants and/or neighbours

When sending this form to us please include 3 months of bank statements for your savings account as well as 3 months of bank statements of the account your wages are paid into (if they are different).
