Southern Lake Macquarie is Connected to Central Coast

This area is becoming more accessible with massive capital works on the widening of the M1 Motorway going North of Sydney. The off-ramp to Doyalson Road is also fantastic and it feels just like an extension of the motorway so these suburbs from Wyee, Gwandalan to Catherine Hill Bay are close enough for a driving commute and also have great access to ocean beaches and the lake.

This area is a mixed bag of low cost housing to waterfront mansions but it’s proximity to the Central Coast and Sydney makes it very appealing for those looking for increases in value.
